Scheduled - Dear Partner,

As part of the Genesis gateway platform's scheduled infrastructure maintenance, we will be applying security improvements to our TLS configuration and supported cipher suite.
We will continue supporting strong cipher suite with TLSv1.2 and TLSv1.3 as it is currently.
It is recommended to verify your API integration with us through our Staging environment before the change reaches our Production environment, to avoid any possible processing interruptions after that.

Below are the scheduled timeframes for the maintenance per environment.

Staging

- 4th of March 2026, 15:00 UTC
